Yikes! Let’s goooo. Are you feeling the active and fiery high-vibe energy? It’s buzzing, busy and exciting. I’m riding this wave and flowing with the joy of life.
I’ve been away almost as much as I’ve been home this summer, which continues through fall. Traveling brings me so much pleasure, and still, at times, I feel a little overwhelmed when packing, unpacking, booking flights, campgrounds, places to stay, excursions, etc.
In these moments, I remind myself of the privilege that I “get to” see and experience so much in my life and embrace the chaos.
Getting to this point has taken some deep diving into my vulnerable parts. Especially the part that feels undeserving and doesn’t like being outside my comfort zone.
I refer to the vulnerable parts as “she.”
“She” has been a real bugger lately, but it seems that as long as I check in and acknowledge her, give her attention, and reassure her that we (this little part and I) are safe and loved. She integrates into wholeness, and we can enjoy the ride again.
This integration requires complete presence. From this perspective, stress and anxiety literally melt away. It allows me to attune to gratitude while anchoring into the here and now and noticing all the divine synchronicity that has taken place for me to be exactly where I am.
Try it. Notice for yourself what happens when you truly immerse yourself in what “is”!
The present moment is simple bliss, and take it one step further and remove yourself (your ego) from the experience and be with the true self, yep, the you that is the observer… the one that is witness to everything else, the one that lives in a place of grounded, centered loving awareness.
How is this even possible, you ask? Well… it does require a little effort.
The good news is you don’t have to walk the path to finding joy and gratitude alone… I’m happy to walk beside you in this transformative journey.
I invite you to join me for a CBQ event or schedule a FREE 1:1 discovery call if you prefer.
Either way, it will be a pleasure to connect.
Let love flow!
