Question for ya!

Do you know what it is like to Embrace Your True Self?

Sadly, it’s taken me decades to get this glimpse, and now that I have, I LOVE to share it!

In my case, it’s been a journey full of inquiry, compassion, introspection, and support that led me squarely into embodiment + self-love . . . hence centering my coaching practice around the concepts. From this place, I can say, “I am becoming who I always was.”

You see, I am a soulful being with pure intentions underneath all the survival strategies and masks that protected me along my path. I love to laugh, play and contribute, be sincere and not too serious . . . and yes, this is what I am talking about when I say Grow with the FLOW.

Why bring this up now?…because just recently, I noticed an increased agitation and frustration around something new that I am creating, and it began to feel forced, leaving me moody and in a place of doubt.

RED FLAG ALERT: If you notice or maybe tend towards these states more often than not, I encourage you to get curious and contemplate the following:

Explore Embodiment and Self-Love

This practice takes more Pauses (as I mentioned in a previous blog), intentionally connecting to your heart, asking what you need at this moment, and listening intently to what comes through. Sometimes, it is as simple as a good cry. Other times, you might notice the desire to breathe, move, or scream. These are all ways of releasing stuck energy (emotion in the body) and clearing space for your true self to emerge.

Practice Self-Compassion

It’s easier said than done at times. I often encourage clients to treat themselves as they would a trusted friend or loved one. Accept where you are without judgment and be curious about any “stories” and the meaning you give to your feelings. This practice brings our awareness to the false self or EGO. We get to honor those stories and emotions, thank them for keeping us safe, and choose how we respond from this new lens.

Realign and Repeat

As you may have guessed, this is more than a one-and-done process. Each time we experience a lack of integrity or a bout of self-doubt rooted in fear and the false self, we get to strengthen our true self muscles and take back the power that lives within us. The more we connect to it somatically (through listening to the body’s cues), the more we can realign to our true self and acclimate to that vibrational frequency so it becomes what is comfortable in our system. We are less likely to revert to old familiar patterns.

When in doubt, reach out. I am here for you!

I have three spots open for 1:1 clients currently. Sign up for a FREE Flow session here. Or register for one of my upcoming CBQ sessions, where we dive into some of these somatic practices in an intimate group setting.

I’m so grateful for your continued support and presence. Please share this with your friends and loved ones who might also enjoy our community and embark on this transformative journey together.

AND coming soon, I’ll announce details for a retreat in early spring!!

Can’t wait!

With love and gratitude,

Bobbi
